Maine Island Trail Ale

With a bright and malt body and bold notes of citrus and pine from the hop blend including Citra and Simcoe, this hoppy American ale is the perfect accompaniment to summer in Maine.

Pisces

Light, dry, crisp, and refreshing, Pisces is their interpretation of this old German style. Their version is brewed with lactobacillus, coriander, and local seawater for a tart and mineral character.

Daymark Pale Ale

Chart a new course with Daymark as your guide. They start with a classic, clean and crisp American pale ale brewed with spicy Columbus and Centennial hops. Then they accent the grain bill with rye grown on small local family farms right here in Maine and malted to our specifications at Valley Malts, an artisanal malt house. Finally they dry hop the finished beer for a bright floral aroma. Availability: Year round.

Ishmael Copper Ale

Ishmael is their richly-flavored American copper ale. This American interpretation of the altbiers of Düsseldorf is brewed with continental Munich malt, American-grown hops, and a clean-fermenting ale yeast to produce a slightly sweet and malty beer balanced by a firm bitterness. Availability: Year round.

Zephyr

Heady like the sweet breath of Zephyrus, our India pale ale is redolent of citrus, apples, and pears, balanced by a touch of caramel. They use malted barley grown by local farmers and add a special blend of Cascade, Centennial, and Calypso hops to create this juicy, hoppy ale.

Back Cove

Back Cove is a North German-style pilsner fermented with kellerbier yeast. Harmoniously balanced, with hints of orchard fruit, clean malt and earthy bitterness.

Spinnaker

Spinnaker is the perfect companion to a lazy summer day. With a nod to the traditional hazy wheat beers of Germany, their hefeweizen balances sweet yeast esters and spicy aromatics with a refreshing bready body. Prost!
