*Seasonal Cold Snap*

The crisp character of this lively unfiltered White Ale gets a kick from a bright blend of spring spices. Orange peel and plum add subtle sweetness, while coriander contributes a peppery bite, creating a refreshing flavor that signals spring is on its way.

Fresh as Helles

The soft citrus of orange blossom adds a bright accent to the slightly sweet honey malt notes in this Helles lager, leading to a round, smooth finish.

Sam '76

Sam ’76 is a revolutionary new beer that is an unmatched combination of refreshment, craft flavor, and aroma. By experimenting with both lager and ale yeast strains, our brewers developed a unique brewing process that takes two active fermentations and blends them together to create a deliciously harmonious result. This process delivers a distinct flavor that showcases the slight fruitiness of an ale with the balanced drinkability and smoothness of a lager.

New England IPA

The slight sweetness is perfectly balanced by the pineapple and grapefruit hop character, without being overly bitter. The unfiltered IPA provides a burst of fruited hop aroma and leaves drinkers wanting another sip. In comparison to West Coast style IPAs which have prominent hop bitterness and a light, dry mouthfeel, New England IPA’s are generally known for a juicy, luscious mouthfeel and opaque, hazy appearance - and are best enjoyed fresh.

Lager

Samuel Adams Boston Lager helped lead the American beer revolution, reviving a passion for full-bodied brews that are robust and rich with character.Since 1984, Samuel Adams Boston Lager has used only the finest hand-selected ingredients to create this perfectly balanced, complex and full-bodied original brew.

Light

Great tasting with a clean, smooth finish. Sam Adams Light is not just a lighter version of our Samuel Adams Boston Lager but rather the culmination of over two years of tireless research and brewing trials that proved to be worth the wait. It features a crisp and smooth roasted malt finish without any lingering bitterness, leaving you yearning for that next sip.

Ale

When we opened our Boston Brewery in 1988, we created a special brew, Boston Ale, to mark the occasion. A “stock” ale with a distinctly American character, we use earthy English hops along with the sweetness of caramel malts, and ferment it as an ale and aged at cool temperatures.

Bohemian Pilsner

This crisp German pilsner showcases new and heritage hops grown in the original hop gardens of Bavaria. The classic Noble hops offer a floral spiciness, while the new varieties add a fruity, citrusy character. Together, they create an elegant yet laid-back golden pilsner.

Boston Ale

This ale has a complex, caramel malt character balanced with distinct spicy and herbal hop notes. Our proprietary ale yeast imparts a variety of fruit and ester notes in both the nose and flavor which are indicative of the style.

Cherry Wheat

The sweet fruitiness of the cherries is balanced against the crisp, cereal note from the malted wheat and the subtle citrus flavor from the Noble hops. The end result is a sweet, refreshing beer that is light on the palate but long on complexity.

Cream Stout

Inspired by the traditional English sweet stouts, this rich and creamy brew is full of deep roasted character, with a subtle sweetness and indulgently smooth finish.

Irish Red Ale

As comforting as an evening in an Irish pub, this red ale brings together a roasted malt sweetness with an earthy hoppiness for an incredible balance and full flavor.

Rebel IPA

Introducing Rebel IPA, the first West Coast style IPA from the same brewers that started a craft beer revolution in 1984.

Rebel Grapefruit IPA

Rebel Grapefruit is brewed with real grapefruit for a big punch of citrus that amplifies the tropical fruit and citrus notes of one of the Sam Adams brewers’ favorite West Coast hops, Mosaic.

Rebel Rouser

Bold, citrusy, and piney, our double IPA isn’t just a bigger version of Rebel IPA. Instead we explored a different balance of hop character, including Bravo & Galaxy hops, and upped the ante on their flavor and expression for a brew that is intense yet enjoyable through every sip.

The 13th Hour

The 13th hour is known as the witching hour, and a time when strange brews can occur. Using 13 ingredients, we combined the roasted chocolate and coffee flavors of a stout with the complex spicy character of a Belgian-style ale aged in oak for a deep, robust, and complex brew.

New World

Tripels originated in the Trappist brewing tradition of Belgium where the name refers to the amount of malt used versus their standard single.

Tripel is born from the old world Belgian technique of barrel aging and the new world's craft brewing innovation, this pale golden brew has a uniquely refreshing taste, with big flavors that are flavorful and complex. This brew has tropical fruit and spice notes, like mango, pineapple, and clove, while the hops add a subtle herbal character.

Stony Brook Red

Distinctive, enticing and complex. This unique brew builds from the inspiration of Flemish reds, and combines an earthy sourness and hints of dark fruit with a rich maltiness and touch of toasted oak. These flavors are rounded and deepened by the barrel aging that adds a hint of toasted oak.

Tetravis

Inspired by the Trappist brewers of Belgium, a Quadrupel is a strong Belgian style ale with bolder flavor compared to its Dubbel and Tripel sister styles.

This bold and rich brew has a deep complexity that begins with a molasses sweetness with notes of dark fruits like raisins and figs. It develops further with an undercurrent of tart spice from its distinctive Belgian yeast for a truly distinctive brew. Then we blend it with our Kosmic Mother Funk, which gives this beer a toasty oak note and added smoothness.
