Bergamonster Imperial Wheat

Bergamonster is a limited-release unfiltered wheat ale brewed with Bergamot Orange Peel for a big citrus kick. Made using raw wheat and a combination of new and old world hops, our Road Less Traveled wheat ale is monstrously good!

Workers Comp Saison

A traditional farmhouse ale made with a very expressive yeast strain that contributes an array of tropical fruit, spice flavors and aromatics. Brewed with a variety of harvest grains including barley, wheat, oats and rye as was likely the case with farmhouse brewers of yore. The result is a complex, refreshing and distinctive example of this esoteric style. Intensely fruity (passion fruit, pineapple, mango, lychee), slightly spicy (clove, white pepper).

Honeysport Road White IPA

The Two Roads interpretation of this emerging beer style naturally takes a road less traveled. Unlike other versions, ours employs an American ale yeast and no spices. The result is a soft wheat backdrop that accentuates the Pacific Northwest hop character.

Lil' Heaven Session

A session IPA in a can. Made with four exotic hops - Azacca, Calypso, Mosaic and Equinox. Taste is of tropical fruits, specifically passion fruit, grapefruit and apricots. Finishes with just enough toasted malt character to balance.

No Limits Hefeweizen

Brewmaster Phil Markowski has taken a “bahn” less traveled to create our version of the classic Bavarian wheat brew –perfect for the warming temperatures. Beautifully cloudy with a generous head of foam, a wonderful fruit aroma and a dry finish, our Hefeweizen is a refreshing version of the original; with just a little bit more of everything.

Road 2 Ruin Double IPA

A big, hoppy IPA with plenty of bite! Our assertive, hop-centric Double IPA has a lean malt backdrop and is brewed with four American hop varieties – Summit, Palisade, Cascade and Magnum. Piney, citrus, floral, not-for-the-timid!

Unorthodox Russian Imperial Stout

In honor of Stratford’s aviation pioneer Igor Sikorsky, we’ve created this most unorthodox Russian Imperial Stout. Made with rye and aged in oak whiskey barrels that give it a depth of character like no other, we think Igor would be pleased with the attention to detail in our creation.

Ol’ Factory Pils

Traditional in concept with a Two Roads twist…dry hops. We use a combination of classic German as well as American hop and malt varieties in our Pils. We renovated a 100 year-old factory building and designed this Pils to have “extra” aroma…so, pardon the pun! Crisp…refreshing…refined.

Holiday Ale Biere de Noel

Two Roads Holiday Ale is inspired by the little known Biere de Noel style, on subset of Biere de Garde, both of which originated on small farmhouse breweries in the north of France. Biere de Noel, which translates as “Christmas Beer”, tends to exhibit a more malty profile than a typical Biere de Garde. In its native France this special type of ale is brewed by just a handful of small breweries and is only available for the few weeks leading up to Christmas.

Route of All Evil Black Ale

A hefty Black Ale with profound malt and hop complexity. Neither Stout nor Porter, it will be its own thing – full-bodied, bold and black. Flavor characteristics of dark chocolate, mocha, molasses and dark fruits. Balanced by piney citrusy notes of Pacific Northwest hops. Full-bodied and uncommonly satisfying.

Henry's Farm Doppelbock

Henry’s Farm Double Bock is made in remembrance of partner Brad Hittle’s great-grand father Henry Dethlefsen, who made a bock beer on his White Lake, South Dakota farm every spring for his neighbors to enjoy. It is a classic dark German lager with a robust body and deep ruby color. Lightly balanced with floral hops gives this brew a well-rounded sweetness with notes of caramel, toffee and pumpernickel bread.

Hizzoner Mailbock

Smooth on the finish- this golden/amber lager is still a sessionable treat.

Roadsmary's Baby

A traditional pumpkin ale with a Two Roads spin, its aged in rum barrels for added complexity and depth of flavor. The result is a smooth drinking ale with notes of pumpkin, spices, vanilla, oak and a touch of rum.
