Chardonnay
Arias Chardonnay is a Burgundian white with remarkable and brilliant acidity. This Chardonnay sees stainless steel fermentation with a kiss of light oak from French staves and is vibrant. Truly remarkable and tropical from start to finish, this wine deserves to be tasted immediately and often. One could set this up against some pacific rim cuisine, white flakey fish or creamier pasta dishes.
100% Chardonnay
Sauvignon Blanc
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are from Dos Viñas Vineyard in the foothills facing south towards Paso Robles. Arias sauvignon blanc delights the senses on a backbone of acidity. Aromas of stony minerals, pineapple and lemon zest. The palate fortified by that citrusy acidity allows for hints of mango, papaya and pineapple to show in a lively manner. An ever present spicy character builds and builds to the end when you can finally make out its arugula and almost friseé like qualities. A wine craving so many things culinary, one can’t help but want to pair with garlic lemon shrimp, oysters on the half shell and oilier fishes.

2% Gewurztraminer
Merlot
Arias brick red Merlot has a full nose of blueberries, dried cherries, and boysenberries framed by dark chocolate and baking spices. The mouth begins with cranberries and plums and finishes with medium tannins and moderate vanilla oak. This wine is great with any cheese, roasted meats, or vegetable dish.
