White's Bay

Pinot Noir
From Maritime vineyards in Marlborough’s south easterly extremes in the Blind River Valley. This Pinot Noir came from two vineyards, 87% Rapaura Gravels and 13% Omaka Valley clay soils, which included a number of clones, 667,777,115 Abel and Clone 5. Both vineyards were pruned to two cane VSP and yields were naturally around the 7T/Ha. Each parcel was kept separate and fermented in small open top tanks and hand plunged up to four times a day. Post pressing, wine was sent to a mixture of stainless steel and French oak for Malo and aging.Sauvignon Blanc
Perfumed with nettle flower, with a palate of limes, restrained minerality and a hint of tropical fruit. The wine is sappy, fresh, clean and a very easy drinking wine. Perfect for all sea besties, from delicately caught seafood to reach and meaty barbecued king prawns.
